Dr. Qadri Leaves Lahore Airport in bullet proof vehicles in high security

Pakistan Awami Tehrik chief Dr Tahir ul Qadri has decided to come out of the Emirate flight EK612  after successful negotiations with governor Punjab Mohammad Sarwar. He has left the airport for jinnah hospital from where he will arrive at Qadri House.

Dr. Qadri tweeted earlier, “We accept offer of Governor Punjab Ch Sarwar sb to bring his own car & security to take #DrQadri to Model Town along with all passengers”.

Dr. Qadri’s flight from Dubai to Islamabad was diverted to Lahore airport after entering the premises of Rawalpindi. His plane landed at  Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport at 9:35am. Dr. Qadri refused to come out of the plane unless his three conditions are not met. Dr. Qadri demanded personal security guard to take charge of his security at the airport. He said that governor Punjab will accompany him along with the media personals and his party workers. He also demanded for bullet proof vehicles to travel to his residence in Lahore in Model Town.

Dr. Qadri claimed that representative of Pakistan Army was ready to meet him but Punjab government did not allow him to come for negotiations.

Dr. Qadri had earlier demanded that the military personal of  corps commander level come and talk to him and take him home in military security.
