Indian RAW spy, caught by Pakistani Law Enforcement officials in Balochistan chaman sometime last month confessed to directing anti-national activities in Balochistan and other actions of a terrorist nature.

As publicized by the Ahmedabad Mirror, Top Indian intelligence executives suspect that Kulbushan Yadav’s phone had been under close watch by Pakistani intelligence and deem Yadav’s contentment prompted his arrest.

The Ahmedabad Mirror further revealed that Indian intelligence officials believe that various Yadav’s behaviour and gestures gave him away as they were not mannerisms of Muslim Patel which he claimed to be. He also made phone calls in Marathi to his family, which unquestionably seemed fishy to the Pakistani intelligence officials.

An Indian official revealed “His passport identifies him as Hussein Mubarak Patel; but his mannerisms were nothing like that of a Muslim Patel,”

Police officials in Mumbai said that Pakistani intelligence officials also monitored Yadav’s movements in Iran for a long while. The officials went on to reveal that Yadav’s family had not communicated with him since February, compelling them to assume that he has been in Pakistani custody longer than revealed.

It has also come to light that his family attempted to contact his two local emergency contacts who have also been reported missing for more than a month. It remains uncertain whether they are also in custody of Pakistani agencies, or terminated operations and are in hiding.

In addition to that, it has also surfaced that Yadav’s identities, distinguishing him as Hussein Mubarak Patel, born in Sangli, Maharashtra, was apparently fake. The Police commissioner at Thane, Param Bir Singh confirmed the Pakistani government report that they seized several travel documents and various fake identity cards from Yadav. The Passport was reportedly issued from the Thane Regional Passport Office (RPO), however no proof was found of it.

“We have tried to establish the veracity of Patel’s passport and found that it was not issued from our RPO,” says Singh.

“No police verification report was ever submitted by Thane police. In all probability it could be a bogus passport.”

An ex-Indian police officer, Shirish Thorat disclosed, “In the event of an asset getting arrested, the handlers immediately secure other related assets like Agents in Places (AIP) or regroup their operations and fold up all the ongoing or future tasks.”

“This discontinuation of operations is more of a loss than the arrest of an operative.”
