FC Spokesman: Suspected Afghan Spy arrested in Balochistan

On Wednesday morning, an agent from the Afghanistan’s leading spy organization, National Directorate of Security (NDS) was arrested fromChaman district in Balochistan.
The agent was picked up during a raid conducted by the Frontier Corps in a compound in a commercial and suburban area, Boghra, an FC spokesman disclosed.
He also related to us that the spy was delivering weapons and explosive materials to aid terrorist activities in Balochistan. The statement was backed by evidence of primacords, detonators, bomb, fuses and other explosive materials found in the alleged agent’s possession who is currently undergoing interrogation by intelligence agencies.
This arrest is similar to that of KulbushanJadhav’s arrest. Jadhav is an Indian agent from Balochistan, who was proven of being involved “terror activities” in the province. His arrest was announced during an intelligence-centered raid by law enforcement agencies last month in Balochistan’sChaman.
The Pakistani government ascertained he was a spy after claiming to have found numerous fake identities and travel documents in his possession. They also asserted that he had entered balochistan via Iran with a legal Iranian visa. The Indian Foreign Ministry then issued a statement confirming that the detained man was “a former Indian Navy officer”
