Anushka Sharma open to marriage plans

Actress Anushka Sharma and cricketer Virat Kohli have been making headlines for their on-and-off relationship. However, it now seems that the lovebirds will be sticking together for good.

Anushka shared her thoughts on marriage with an Indian magazine and as evidenced by her comments, it seems that deep down she is very desi in her thoughts.

“Marriage is on the cards, but I don’t know when will it happen. I haven’t thought about it yet. I have done everything in my life very normally. And marriage is definitely on my agenda. But I don’t know when will it happen,” she said.

She also did not explicitly say who she would marry but by the looks of their relationship, Anushka and Virat’s match seems to have been made in heaven. The pair recently danced their heart out on Yuvraj Singh and Hazel Keech’s wedding.

The Sultan actor also revealed that she doesn’t believe in marrying more than once.
“I am a very basic person. I still believe marriage happens only once and you have to sustain it.”

“But I guess divorce rate is increasing in the country because the woman is changing. Their thinking is changing, the equation they used to have with men is not same anymore. Women are financially independent and they are not looking for a life partner so that they can have a secure life. They want someone who is compatible to them.”

“I feel one has to constantly work to sustain the marriage. No relationship works without putting in effort,” she added.

Anushka and Virat have always kept their relationship low-profile, but they are often pictured together holding hands on different occasions.
