amazing longevity and health. They love beyond 100 years. As Hunza valley is famous for its beauty, the people of Hunza are popular because of their friendliness and hospitality.

Citizens of Hunza rarely catch any disease because all lifelong they live in are extremely rough terrain and spend their lives moving through the rough passages and steep ridges. They are said to be tougher than the famous Sherpa people of the Himalayan
region. They were called ‘The Happiest People on Earth’ by National Geographic researchers. Hunza have a certain relish and passion for life – perhaps brought on to some extent by their daily rigorous exercise and simply lifestyle.
