Should dieting remain to be ‘the in thing’?

The lunch break is no longer what it used to be, the excitement of enjoying homemade or even delivered food after hours of working. It was regarded as a luxury, but then those were simple minds and simple days without any grave complications. However, the
wheel of time turns round and something that you previously considered as joyous might now be an enforced formality.

Food the ultimate blessing seems to be the most horrific element of life because for some reason nine out of ten girls are dieting. I really cannot go into the details of what seems to bother or concern them the most because almost all the time it makes
the least bit sense to me.

Food that is nutritious and has only proven healthy for generations that have been having it all of a sudden falls into the category of ‘inappropriate’ for weight loss or for staying healthy or just not right for keeping the glow in your skin (which has
never been there anyways no matter how much convincing they try putting in)

Reason behind the existence of everything that we see, hear, taste or feel just cannot be denied so why on earth do we have to blame food for our own unhealthy habits? If we prefer staying glued to the various screens that we have these days or sitting chatting
(which again is about the dieting) or just being lazy then what is the rationale behind whining about your weight……hello it is you yourself who has put it on, there were no intelligence agencies or alien conspiracies involved in increasing the weight that
you have to bear with.

The best way out of any problem is to be moderate, for instance when we dress up we go for clothes and dresses that suit us, the ones that we can carry to our best, the ones that are always appreciated by the rest when put on. So why can’t we grow a little
vigilant when it comes to picking what we are eating because no matter how much you deny it, you are the one who understands completely what benefits when you eat it and what turns the mechanism the other way round.
