X Factor contestant Amelia Lily exhausted ahead of the final

X Factor finalist Amelia Lily has fallen sick ahead of the finals to be held this weekend. According to reports, the young singer is suffering from exhaustion and fever currently which could hamper her chances
of winning the competition. The singer is currently the favourite to win the competition after making a comeback three weeks ago.

Amelia was voted off by mentor Kelly Rowland during the first week of the Live Shows when the judges were given the option to eliminate one contestant each. But the 17-year got the chance of a lifetime when she returned in place
of Frankie Cocozza, who was booted off because of drug charges. She is in the final with the likes of Marcus Collins and Little Mix.

A source revealed that Amelia is suffering from exhaustion and is finding it hard to practise ahead of the finals. It was revealed that the singers are stressed as they have been performing at gigs, giving interviews and spend
most of their time practising the songs.

“Her voice is her biggest weapon but this week singing has started to hurt and she’s worried. It’s stress on top of stress. They are on call all the time. If they’re not in the studio, they’re on a red carpet, or playing a secret
gig,” a source revealed.

It was further stated that the contestant is under huge amount of pressure as she does not want to let her fans down so she is working very hard to prove herself. Kelly Rowland is also worried about the singer and has suggested
her to spend some time at home so that she could stay away from distress.

“Amelia looks older than she is but you’ve got to remember she’s just a little girl. Everyone on set is rallying around her and it will do her good to go home to Middlesbrough this week and relax. She needs some time out,” the
source concluded.

The X Factor final will take place this week with Gary Barlow, Kelly Rowland and Tulisa fighting for the title as Louis Walsh’s acts have been voted off.
