Stop the GAGA, says FPI Indonesia – Entertainment News

The American Pop Diva Lady Gaga is scheduled to perform in Indonesia on June 3 but it seems like the Indonesian Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) is in complete opposition of the event.

In the recent memory, some 30,000 demonstrators gathered and staged protest against Gaga’s upcoming concert in Jakarta. The outrageous outfits and provocative performances of the US star have been cited as the reasons for this opposition.

“We will stop her from setting foot on our land. She had better not dare spread her satanic faith in this country,” “Her style is vulgar; her sexual and indecent clothes will destroy our children’s sense of morality. She’s very dangerous,” said FPI Jakarta
chairman Salim Alatas.

However, over 40,000 tickets have already been sold out to fans, who take pride in calling Lady Gaga as Mother Monster. Furthermore, the local organisers are pretty bummed out to make it happen on June 3. Quite recently, there has been a FACEBOOK advertisement
to seek dancers for the show.

There has been a lot of activity on other social networks and twitter is one of them. Scores of tweets have been exchanged regarding Gaga’s upcoming concert. The fans have shown determination to see the pop idol perform in Indonesia, 90 percent of whose
240,000 million inhabitants identify themselves as Muslims.

“We like her because she is a famous musician who makes use of her popularity to do good deeds, like establishing a foundation to protect kids who have been bullied.”The Lady Gaga Indonesia Facebook page has more than 42,000 “likes”.

Despite all this opposition, Gaga is determined to visit Indonesia and please the fans with her seductive ways (as she thinks of)
