The actor claimed that he has had enough of the role and is looking forward to experience new roles. He admitted that he feels that the character has become a bit monotonous for him and insisted that he wants to try different roles from now on.

The final film of the franchise, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn- Part 2, will release on November 16 later this year. The first part grossed more than $700 million worldwide and the sequel is expected to leave that behind with a margin.

Pattinson claimed that he has run out of ideas while portraying the character of Edward Cullen. He insisted that the acting has become monotonous now and is looking forward to the final part of the successful series.

“Playing the same part for a while, you just run out of ideas. You feel kind of useless, you don’t know what to do anymore. I’m not trying to get away from it. You’re screwing yourself, you’re saying you think your work is s**t if you try and get away from it,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.

The ‘Remember Me’ actor admitted that he wants to explore new fronts now and insisted that he does not want to do a movie for teens anymore.

“And I never thought it was [s**t]. But I kind of got to the end of my inspiration. You get to the point where you’re like, ‘I don’t want to do a film for a teen audience anymore’,” he concluded.
