MQM plans to hold KPK people rally on June 24

Karachi: (Thursday, June 21, 2012) In order to exhibit the fact that the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) is no more an Urdu Speaking peoples’ party only and represents all the ethniticities and classes across the country, the party
has planned to hold a public rally of the people belonging to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on this Sunday.

In this regard, addressing a press conference at MQM headquarter ‘90’, Rabita Committee members said that the public meeting will be held on June 24 at Jinnah ground Azizabad.

The purpose of the rally is to diminish the underlying hatred that has eventually developed between the representatives of different ethnicities residing in the metropolitan city of Karachi.

MQM chief Altaf Hussain will address the public rally on phone.
