Amir Khan: Angel Garcia will see what a Pakistani British fighter can do!

Danny Garcia’s father, Angel Garcia, not too long ago gave an impassioned and heated speech at a press conference, in which he bashed Amir Khan by making unsavoury comments about his Pakistani heritage. Garcia also touched on Khan’s religion while making the speech and now Khan is ready to make him pay for his trash talking.

While speaking on his inclusion, Khan told the media that he has never claimed anything like this before at any press conference but he will knockout Danny Garcia on the fight night to shut his father’s mouth.

“I will knock Danny Garcia out. I will take the world titles home. I know Danny didn’t train as hard as me. I promise I will knock him out. That is the only way..”

“[To Angel Garcia] I cannot wait until after the fight when we stand here and I have knocked your son out. He is going to see what a Pakistani British fighter can do. I cannot wait to get in there.”

However, Danny Garcia, who was also present at the press conference, remained confident and said that he will not let anyone break his unbeaten record so easily.

“My dad talked sh*t 23 times, and I backed it up 23 times. I am 23 and 0. Come Saturday, he will have talked sh* 24 times and I am going to back it up for the twenty-fourth time.

“It means the most when your team always supports you.”

Well, all said and done, Garcia shocked the world in his last fight by beating Eric Morales in the ring but let’s see if can protect his unbeaten record this time as well because Khan desperately needs a win.
