Qaim Ali Shah expresses concerns over decrease in Sindh Votes

Sukkur: (Friday, August 03, 2012) Chief Minister Sindh, Syed Qaim Ali Shah has expressed his reservations over the reduction of votes in the province according to the new voters list issued by the Election Commission of Pakistan.

Qaim, who was talking to the journalists at Sukkur airport, said that he was astonished as to how the number of voters could decrease when in reality hundreds of thousands of new voters have also been registered.

He said that he would request the federal government and the Election commission to investigate the matter.

Responding to the question about general elections, Shah said that they would be held on time and the PPP has started preparations for that.
