University FC and PACA seal Premier League promotion

The two PFF League sides came out on top in the 2nd tier competition and are now set play in the PPFL for the 2013/14 season.
“It’s a great achievement that our team qualified for the Premier League on its first appearance in the B division league,” Mohammad Essa who is the co-owner of PACA.
“The team has good youngsters and the lot also has some stuff from my own academy. Tough training is the reason behind our success as we have worked hard over the boys and I hope they will improve further,” the former Pakistan International was quoted as saying.
