Police Officer Killed in Karachi Firing

It was recently reported from Karachi that a police officer was killed during cross firing which took place in the Korangi area of the city.

Karachi is currently going through an operation which the Sindh government has initiated in the port city of the country.

It all started when underground mafias increased in number and several people were murdered on a daily basis.

This is why the security forces and other law enforcing agencies all joined hands in order to eradicate this problem from the city once and for all.

In order to do this, different raids were conducted in several areas of the city. Many suspects were caught by the security forces and they are still kept under custody. On the other hand, the ones who retaliated were shot down.

However, this time a police officer lost his life as two unknown armed men fired his car and during that time Anwar Jafri lost his life while his driver was heavily injured.

The body of the deceased has been shifted to a nearby hospital alongside his driver who is still recovering from the bullet wounds.

Police is currently investigating the matter as they are trying to find out who was behind this attack.
