Pakistan army kills 30 militants in North Waziristan

Pakistan Army gunship helicopters targeted militants in North Waziristan on Tuesday August 19, 2014 and killed at least 30 terrorists according to statement by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The ISPR statement also said that nine cars and a number of motorcycles were also destroyed during the operation against the militants.

Pakistan Air Force fighter jets also pounded twelve hideouts of the militants in the North Waziristan and Khyber tribal areas killing at least 18 terrorists.

Pakistani jets targeted five terrorist hideouts in Khyber Agency and seven in North Waziristan as part of the ongoing operation Zarb-e-Azb.
