Siri- your Genie of iPhone

The release of Apple’s iPhone 4S would not have been such a massive hit amongst masses, if the product did not feature in the awe-inspiring, personal assistant, Siri. The best thing about the personal assistant is that it corresponds to your voice commands
in order to get your tasks done.

Siri is a fitting example of a personal robot which resides at your arm’s length. Be it getting the messages written, making calls, reading out an incoming message or replying back to the message sender, it is all just a voice command away. Gone are the
days when you had to reach out for your phone, flip (or Slide) it open, to draft a text or make a phone call.

With Siri on your phone, you can get assistance on the go, virtually on anything which may require guidance of any sort. 

It can even serve as a pass time talking genie, when you have no one else to talk to, inorder to alleviate your boredom with or when you are already tired of playing online games. The personal assistant can rescue you from such extreme situations. It fits
the proposed role aptly, as it has been programmed to answer back majority of questions using GPRS, meanwhile, the queries which are beyond the scope of the application are turned down through witty replies, such as, "We intelligent agents will never live
that down ", which is undeniably amusing too.

With the introduction of voice recognition at its best, we are soldiering our way fast into the “non-key board” era, or more precisely, the “hear era” in the world of telecommunication, which will smoothly transit from the running “touch” era.
