Yousaf Raza Gilani discussed development projects with MNAs

Members of parliament and politicians of Vehari called on Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani in his chamber in the Parliament House Wednesday and discussed the ongoing development projects in their constituencies. 
The parliamentarians maintained that the completion of development projects dedicated to the welfare of the people were important. Ayaz Mir, MNA, during the meeting with the Prime Minister underscored the importance of the parliamentary system
of government and collective responsibility which indeed was the essence of democracy.

The Prime Minister said he was a keen reader of articles of Ayaz Amir and his pieces of writing filled with credibility and empirical investigations lead the reader to reach to the bottom of truth.
The Prime Minister said people were contemplating to hold meeting in other localities as they were conscious of the extent of erosion of their standing in their own areas. 
The Prime Minister said the PPP held a mammoth meeting near Multan which was the biggest in the history of the city. 
The scale of gathering showed the popularity of the party and endorsement of the people about the pace of the development taking place in the country, said the Prime Minister.
Abdul Qadir Patel, MNA, in his meeting offered his services to be part of the Karwan-e-Tameer because in a democratic dispensation participation of the people in the planning and implementation stages of the development projects are important because
of their positive social impact.

Nabil Ahmad Gabol in his meeting thanked the Prime Minister for providing funds for improving the public transport facilities for the people of Layari. 
The Prime Minister also approved funds for increasing supply of water for the residents of Layari.
Mumtaz Khan Khichi and Aurang Zeb Khichi, politicians of Vehari, during their meeting with Prime Minister requested building of a bridge in Vehari city which would greatly improve the flow of traffic between the two parts of the city which are at present
subjected to acute traffic jams.

The Prime Minister also approved the setting up of information technology campus in Vehari to make the people familiar with the digital age and its immense potential in the job market.
