The PFF have called several foreign players in order to aid the U-22 team in their AFC Qualifiers.

Zavisa Milosavljevic’s side face a tough task in making it to the Asian U-22 Cup but luckily for the tactician, he has been given a timely boost by the addition of several players, who have honed their skills by playing in Europe.

Saeed Sarwar and Malik Mohammad Human Ali, who both hail from France have arrived in Lahore and will be looking to join the camp as soon as possible.

Alongside them Imran Haq will be arriving later in the week as well. Osman Zulqarnain (Norway), Waleed Nadeem (Scotland) and Bilal Butt (England) are going to be joining the squad in Bangkok, where they will be undergoing training and practice matches.

A PFF official also shed some light on the Thailand tour and revealed that it could last longer than expected.

“Thailand have told us that we should send our team to Bangkok for a week but we want to send it for two weeks and we are hopeful that they will be convinced,” he said.
