Imran Khan has threatened to storm Prime Minister House if Nawaz Sharif refuses to step down as Prime Minister of Pakistan on Wednesday August 20, 2014. Imran Khan has already lead his supporters into the Parliament House situated in the Islamabad’s Red Zone.
Imran Khan has refused to accept any option but the resignation of Nawaz Sharif as a condition to call off the azadi march. Imran Khan has repeatedly asked Nawaz Sharif to resign so that he does not have to take the extreme action of charging onto Prime Minister to remove him from there.
Being a leader of change and responsible political leader, one would expect Imran Khan would not enter the Prime Minister House. However, Imran Khan has surprised his workers at each and every moment of the azadi march. Imran Khan may not surprise his workers on this day and losing his pace bowler temper, he will enter Prime Minister House.
Imran Khan has asked his supporters not to pay taxes and utility bills to the government. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf core committee had decided that it’s elected member parliament to resign from the National, Punjab and Sindh assemblies. However, PTI will not tender resignation from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assembly where it is in power.
Dr. Tahirul Qadri has also moved along with workers of his party Pakistan Awami Tehreek in front of Parliament House. Dr. Qadri is also demanding resignation of Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif and formation of national government.
