Polish you vision of life to achieve everything

Vision is not a destination to be reached, but a direction in which you are dreaming to walk. Vision is like the North Star that provides the anchorage for all your decision making processes through the day and through life. A
Vision determines several milestones that need to be achieved and every milestone has several goals. Every goal has several plans and every plan several strategies. In the journey of getting closer to your vision, every activity of yours through the 24 hours
becomes more meaningful and fulfilling.

It is like the magnifying glass that focuses the sunrays to generate energy. Though sunlight by itself is valuable, the magnifying glass is a means to create an additional source of energy. The Magnifying glass is like your Vision,
the sunrays the various activities you are involved in, and the fire symbolic to the value addition you can bring to your life and the system, when all your potentials are rightly converged. A vision gives you the internal drive to conquer every day, converging
all your energies, efforts, ideas and focus towards fulfilling your life purpose.

As you might be a leader in your institution, so you must have some vision for your institution, then you should review it, according to the following question. Ask yourself whether you vision fulfils the following requirements
or not:

• Are you able to translate your Institution’s Vision into long and short-term goals?
• Do you able to make your team (Staff and teachers) understand the essential aspects of the Institution vision, through the activities they are engaged in?
• Are your major decisions generally anchored to the Institution’s vision?
• Are you able to see your daily activities and engagements, as a value addition to the larger Vision?
• As you move towards your Institution’s larger Vision, are you able to fulfil your own Vision too?

These are the words, which can lead you the brighter future in your life, and open unlimited paths in your career.
