Talk shows on Pakistani channels are really credible?

Discussions on political issues in talk shows on Pakistani channels have turned out to be a trend and common practice at present. But question arises whether these shows are really credible or fabricated with a coat of sensationalism and superfluous things?
Whether the guests in these programmes are invited and criticised to support some other beneficiary or these are hundred percent neutral? Well, this is something that needs to be probed into.

Majority of talk shows on different channels in Pakistan only focus to the political issues and invite guests who are the representative of various political parties. Then the hosts of these talk shows try their best to put such pre-planned questions which
only create a mess among the guests. There is no single point of focus in these talk shows and they always end up in confusion. The race in these talk shows is only to get higher rating among competitors and they are making fools of people to fulfil their
own agenda.

The situation gets worst when these guests start behaving like ill mannered and illiterate person. The hosts stand aside and enjoy the drama and remain satisfied that their shows are producing the desired results. This is a ridiculous and disgusting element
of talk shows where the viewers of these talk shows are left in confusion. These talk shows only produce mess which makes the viewers realise that they have got nothing at the end as no solution of the issues comes out of discussion.

The hosts of these talk shows always follow the agenda of their channel and it becomes partial, which brings death to real spirit of journalism. People of the country want the solution of the problems, but in these talk shows the participants and also the
host always talk about the problems not solutions. The hosts do not even invite a single person to talk on issues and their solution rather they bring three, four or five people on a platform which is staged for argument not solution.

They try to create sensationalism in their shows without even thinking that in this way they are wasting the time of the countless viewers. People want enlightenment and also the logical solution of their problems. Everyone knows the problems and wants these
issues to be resolved. But the talk shows only convey those things which people already know. They do not go towards the solution of that problem, which is really a pathetic thing.

Now majority of people does not trust in these talk shows because the agenda of these shows is only to make politicians hot tempered during discussion and when it happens, the task of the host is considered to be accomplished. They are least bothered for
the desires of people because the hosts only try to establish their own reputation and to achieve the objective of the channels, which is something more important for them, thus pushing the real affairs into hell.

Now it is time for people to think wisely about the agenda of these talk shows and also observe what is being presented in these shows. They will end up with the opinion that they have been wasting their precious time for nothing.
