PTI expresses its resolve to not to have corruption tainted candidates

Haripur (December 15), Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf, Imran Khan, while addressing a public gathering, which observed a former stalwart of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) joining the PTI, said that his party was determined
to not to give tickets to the corrupts for the upcoming general elections.

Reiterating his stance on having a corruption free parliament which could honestly use public’s money for the common good, Imran, while speaking at a rally at the residence of Raja Amir Zaman in Khanpur village in district Haripur,
said that his party’s door were open to all; however, the tickets were only to be given who had a clean past.

Former Haripur district nazim Raja Amir Zaman, brother of sitting MPA Faisal Zaman, former minister for education Yousaf Ayub Khan of PML-N, Sardar Ahsan, cousin of PML-N MNA Sardar Mushtaq and former PML-N MPA Khursheed Azam Khan
from Abbottabad announced joining the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf on the occasion.

Imran said that special commission would be set up for making more provinces in the country if his party came to the power. Former foreign minister and Vice-chairman PTI Shah Mehmood Qureshi also addressed the gathering.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that Zardari and Gilani would come to know about the strength of PTI at the party’s December 25 public rally in Karachi. He said that fair and transparent elections cannot be held if Zardari and Gilani
remained in power.

There are no two opinions about the fact that with every passing day, PTI is augmenting power and people around the country are swarming for its membership. This is a clear sign of how strong the demand for change is there in the
country and how desperate people have become to get rid of the present corrupt, incapable and incompetent ruling lot.

Although the future of the party will only be determined in the coming general elections, however, the rally on 25th of this month at Mizar-e-Qaid in Karachi will definitely help in determining the momentum by which
the party was gaining popularity among the masses. If the rally in Karachi really proves to be a tsunami of people, change in Pakistan will certainly become inevitable.
