JUI central leader Hafiz Hussain Ahmed all set to join PTI

Quetta: (Wednesday, January 18, 2012) Jamiat-e-Ulema-e-Islam’s (JUI) central leader Hafiz Hussain Ahmed is all set to join Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI). According to news, one of the prominent leaders of the
former religious political alliance Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal was in contact with PTI leadership for past many days, and has now seriously started contemplating on joining hands with the cricketer turned politician Imran Khan.

Few days back, Hussain Ahmed, who was reported to have drifted from his own party, had met Javed Hashmi who played significant role in convincing the seasoned politician to be a part of PTI that is increasingly becoming popular
among the masses.

Confirming his communication with PTI’s central leadership, when approached, Hafiz Hussain said that he was consulting his comrades for making a final decision in this regards.

Considering the political strength of religious leaders in Balochistan, it is hoped that Hafiz Hussain Ahmed’s inclusion in Tehree-e Insaaf will also help it in staging another massive rally in the provincial capital Quetta on
March 23.

If Hafiz Hussain makes a flight to PTI, it will also prompt other prominent Baloch leaders to follow the suit.
