PML-N comes out to save Pakistan: Nawaz Sharif

President of PML-N Mian Nawaz Sharif has said that his party came out for sovereignty of the country, protection to judiciary and eradicates corruption from Pakistan.

He was talking to a public meeting which was held in Taxila on Saturday. Opposition leader Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan was also present on the occasion.

Nawaz Sharif said that the people must come out from their homes to save Pakistan and support his long march for getting rid of corruption and supremacy of the constitution.

He said that PML (N) accepted the results of election in spite of the ragging by Musharraf because it wanted to take the country forward. They had an agreement with PPP, but due to deceiving and shrewd nature of Zardari, they had to apart their ways.

The PML (N) leader said that when he came back after seven years of his banishment, first of all the people of Potohar region welcomed him. PML (N) tried its best to avoid the politics of 90s, but it had to hold long march for the restoration of judiciary.

He asked the people to tell even one measure of President Zardari and Gilani, which was in the favour of the country. They ruined the country with the corruption and extra ordinary price hike and made fun of the country’s sovereignty.

Former Prime Minister during his tenure , when Pakistan  conducted nuclear test, there was a respect for Pakistani passport worldwide. He said that he did not listen anybody’s dictation except the people. The US offered five billion dollars but he did not compromise on national interest.

“If we would had been given a chance, the faith of Pakistan would has been changed. We want to bring back Rs six billion from the Swiss Bank to national exchequer as this money belongs to the people and it must be spent on their welfare”, he added.

Nawaz said that Gilani obeyed the President and Zardari took away all the wealth. He said that he would not allow anybody to bring ‘Jungle’s law’ in the country . There is a dare need to take supremacy of the law . Today the situation of chaos is prevailing from Gilgit to Karachi .
