Pakistanis will celebrate Eid on Monday October 6

Nothing new for most of the Pakistanis as there will be two Eid celebration in Pakistan depending on the location where you are residing. Chairman Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman, announced today that the new moon of Zil Hajj was not observed in any part of the country and Eid al-Adha will be celebrated on Monday, October 6.

Mufti Populzai of Qasim Moaque Peshawer, on the other hand, has already  announced October 4, 2014 as the Eid day. It will divide the nations once again even on day which should unite the whole Muslim community.

Chairman Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman said in a press conference that there were no credible witness received from any part of the county for the sighting of the Zil Hajj crescent on Thursday September 25, 2014. Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman said that Eid al-Adha will be celebrated in Pakistan on Monday, October 6.

The zonal hilal committees also held the meetings in Lahore, Peshawer, Quetta along with the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee meeting in Karachi.

The Hajj will be performed in Saudi  Arabia on October 3, 2014 and Eid will be celebrated on October 4, 2014.
