Jemima Wishes Imran Khan All the Best After Wedding

While unconfirmed reports of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf chairman, Imran Khan’s marriage have been circulating the web, the former cricketer’s ex-wife Jemima Khan has tweeted her blessings for his new life.

“I hope Imran will be happy in this new phase of his life,” one of her tweets read.

Imran and Jemima had gotten married back in 1995 and had two sons together before a 204 divorce. The reason behind the split was claimed to be Jemima’s inability to settle into Pakistan’s culture.

The DailyMail had initially broken the news of Imran Khan’s marriage to a broadcast journalist named Reham Khan, who is currently working at DawnNews.

While the former captain had denied the rumours early on, he has reportedly told the press that he will soon be announcing a good news.

His rumoured wife, Reham Khan, started her career at BBC as a weather forecaster before joining News One in Pakistan and then DawnNews.

According to Imran Khan, he has been delaying another marriage because of his two sons, and wants to discuss the development with them before he makes an official announcement.

“They are first affected by the divorce and then they are affected by another marriage. For 10 years I did not even think about getting married again because I did not want to hurt my children. Until I spoke to my children I did not want to make any statements about my marriage,” he said.
