Who will sing the theme song of next James Bond movie? Entertainment News

Quite recently, the entertainment website IGNdotCom organised an online poll that who should sing the sound track of next James Bond Movie, the Skyfall. The online poll featured three very renowned singers/bands i.e. Foo Fighters, Muse, Arctic Monkeys, Florence
and the Machine, U2, Lana Del Rey, Beyonce, Take that, Guns N’ Roses, Rihanna, Karen O, and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.

The poll received hundreds and thousands of responses in just few minutes. People from almost every nook and cranny of the world took part in the voting. As all of the contenders has huge fan following in the world, nothing less was expected.

As the poll was closed after specified times the contestants settled in following positions:

  • Muse
  • Foo Fighters
  • U2
  • Florence and the Machine
  • Arctic Monkeys
  • Lana Del Rey
  • Guns N’ Roses
  • Yeah Yeah Yeahs
  • Karen O

Lo ‘n’ behold Adele topped all the other famous singers and bands in the online pool to see who should record the theme song of next Bond movie. She was voted as the most favourite for singing next Bond movie theme. She topped bands like Muse, Foo Fighters,
and Guns N’ Roses that have quite big names in the music industry. Ironically, the pop divas Beyonce and Rihanna couldn’t even make in the top-10 in the online poll.

The movie Skyfall is being directed by Sam Mendes and once again Daniel Craig will be featured as Bond. The film will also have co-stars Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris Judi Dench, Bérénice Marlohe, Ralph Fiennes, Helen McCrory and Javier Bardem. It
is scheduled to be opened for public in cinemas on October 26.

Adele has been constantly linked with the recording of movie’s theme song but the producers of the movie have stressed that nothing is confirmed as yet.
