Audi releases A7 with a new astounding design and jaw dropping navigation system – Part 1

Audi’s new A7 is a sedan with a squeeze of some race style taste on the body work. The styling has been bested from last year’s model though it has been pushed to the edge criticism. The navigation system is the best one has ever seen in a car.

The downfall is suspension system in the car that is sometimes not meant for a sedan or luxury vehicle. It is often rigid to the extent of discomfort.

The new A7 that actually sits in the middle of A6 and A8 is a new design out of Audi’s German factory. It is a four-door sedan that incorporates the basic design aesthetics of a Porsche Panamera and Aston Martin Rapide.

However, the company intelligently has found the threshold where such a hatchback design in a sedan would attract opprobrium rather than appreciation, something seen in Panamera’s case.

The front-engine sedan has the four-wheel drive system that is more efficient than the traditional rear-wheel drive system. However, the power comes from a hybrid of economical engine and a fire spitting super charger.

Instead of a V8 found in A8, the A7 has a V6 engine. Audi cleverly chopped of two cylinders for better fuel economy but did not give the huge car an impotent source of power. The 3-litre V6 is supported by a direct injection super charger that fires 310 horsepower and 325 pound-feet of torque to all wheels. The A7 reaches 60 miles an hour in a tad lower than five and a half seconds.
