La tableta se come al Ultrabook

A year after their promising debut, the Ultrabook failed to meet the users and company’s expectations. There is little arguing to the statement that it’s neither light nor cheap nor quick.

The union of the major computer manufacturers, major chip makers and the leading manufacturers of software is
worth nothing to the consumer. The invention of portable Ultrabook, born to revitalize speed has, so far, failed.

Born with some extra claims, Ultrabook is the merge of the tablet and the laptop. However, it has a lot to prove by the time ever since it was launched.

And while their campaign was launch to battle it out with the tablets, for a higher prices (around thousand Euros), they have failed to impress the users significantly less than that of a tablet.

Acer, Lenovo, Dell, Asus, HP, and others have taken Ultrabook models by forcing Intel to meet the requirement to incorporate Intel chips and typically software for Windows in
this year.

Another thing is that the name is not as attractive as the Mac book, which takes chips from Intel, which is arguably the best selling brand in this segment of market at the moment.

But even with a very substantial price cut, would have to compete with the lowering of the tablets, where Amazon and Google have offered their tablet for sale around 200 Euros respectively.

It is predicted that 95 million ultrabooks will be sold by the end of 2016, but this should include new tools such as touch screens, voice recognition, motion sensors, accelerometer, gyroscopes or GPS.

Users will reap benefit from the arrival of Windows 8 operating system, which has been launched for the first time in the history of Microsoft. This company and Intel, and the classic computer manufacturers,
have a big stake in the market, first to revitalize the laptop, and second, to have some weight in the mobile world, in race with Apple, Samsung and Google.
