The outlook is simple but very flamboyant and vivid with a larger 16M colour palette and a WVGA resolution of 800×480 pixels. The rear end holds an 8-mega pixel camera that is capable of capturing 1080p video.

Bluetooth, GPS and WiFi come as standard features. In a nutshell, the phone offers a very premium  experience in a very affordable price.

HTC Titan II

The Taiwanese company startled the world at Consumer Electronics Show 2012 at Las Vegas with the new Titan. The Titan II comes with a big 4.7-inch Super LCD screen and a massive 16-mega pixel camera.

The worldwide version is HSPA+ enabled while the US version has more advanced 4G LTE capabilities. The footprint is the same as 2011 Titan’s, so is the width and weight. However, the back has been tweaked a little with permanently fixed battery and a small tray for SIM card. The bottom received a change, it has been stylishly curved to give a differentiating look from the 2011 model.

The screen boasts a WVGA (800×480-pixel) resolution, the Super LCD touch screen has the same resolution as the first Titan (also a 4.7-inch Super LCD) and the new Nokia Lumia 900 (4.3-inch, WVGA).

At 5.1 inches tall by 2.8 inches wide by 0.39 inch thick, this handset packs big muscle. However, that is not limited to the outer shell, the interior is a plus as well.

Titan II comes equipped with the latest version of Windows Phone, Mango, with necessary Tango updates to the operating system.

Microsoft has pre-installed major applications to the phone like social networking apps and live TV programs. In addition, the company also offers free storage on its clouding service called SkyDrive.

However, it still has the same 1.5GHz single-core CPU, 4.7-inch screen, and 16GB of internal memory.
